It elevates compelling insights about culture, trends, innovation and our fans from across the company. And, it will set the pace of thought-leadership within the media industry and provide a critical source of competitive advantage company wide.
Viacom’s business and our strategy work begin with a deep understanding of all our audiences – what drives them, how they perceive the world, and what that means for the brands that serve them. These audiences also include both our employees and key external stakeholders. We translate these audience insights in a myriad of ways to meet the challenges and opportunities facing our business and our partners’ businesses

Track the pulse of Viacom’s brand portfolio and generate meaningful insight about where we are resonating with fans, where we face challenges, and where there are opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against strategic objectives:  Collaborate across the entire company – with the business units and brands including important functional constituents such as ad sales, distribution, research, communications and human resources.
